Bill Hill began building homes in 1980.  He is the 3rd generation builder as his grandfather was a home builder and developer in Omaha during the 1920's and 30's.  Bill has owned his own company for much of his employment career and truly undrstands what it takes to run a business.  He is very detail oriented and extremely focused on quality.  This shows in his daily, hands-on approach during the construction process.  He will consult with you regularly before, during and after the building process to ensure your needs are being met.  Bill is also extremely cost conscious.  He communicates directly with our subcontractors to keep costs to a minimum while staying committed to quality.  Bill resides near Blair, Nebraska with his wife, Jan, who is a CBSHome real estate agent. 

Tim Hill began building homes full time in 2002 with his father.  As a general contractor, he is very committed to ensuring quality construction of your new home.  Tim recognizes your home is your most important investment and treats it as if it were his own.  He is on the jobsite daily working with our subcontractors to ensure you get the most for your money.  He has designed many of our current floor plans and is willing to consult with you in developing the perfect home for your needs.  Tim and his family reside near Blair, Nebraska.  He has a son, Jacob and a daughter, Anissa.  Tim's hobbies include racing cars, snow skiing, fishing and reading.
